James Seroski is the founder of Seroski Capital.

He has been a licensed real estate professional in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia for the past four years, representing buyers and sellers with a structured, strategy-first approach. Real estate services are provided through Own Real Estate, where he currently holds his license.

As an active-duty member of the United States Navy, James has a deep understanding of the unique challenges military families face when navigating relocations, VA financing, and compressed timelines. He has guided numerous transactions involving VA loans and is experienced in navigating their specific requirements with clarity and precision.

His work is built on preparation, communication, and access to a strong network of trusted professionals. When complex situations arise, he ensures clients are connected to the right expertise to keep the process moving efficiently.

In addition to real estate, James is a licensed Life, Annuities, and Health insurance broker in the Commonwealth of Virginia. He currently specializes in Medicare planning and operates through Palazzo Insurance Solutions. He is expanding his work within the Life and Annuities sectors to further support long-term financial stability.

James is also a Certified Financial Coach through the Dave Ramsey organization, a designation he has held for four years. His coaching focuses on budgeting discipline, financial clarity, and structured decision-making.
